Event Description

Juul is a kind and intuitive instructor who has a clear passion for manual lymphatic drainage, encouraging others to learn such a valuable skill. As a bonus, I lost almost 10 pounds from all of the bodywork I participated in!  Who knew I was carrying excess fluid in my lower extremities? I feel great, have a glow to my skin, and am inspired to continue reducing the toxins in my body as well as choosing healthier options to increase my wellness! I can’t wait to share this work with clients. JC, Wilmington, NC

In this course you will learn about The Lymphatic System and its relationship to detoxification and chronic health conditions. During this three day training, you will learn Full Body Manual Lymph Drainage to incorporate with ease into your practice.

We will discuss the roots of why people develop chronic conditions because of toxicity in the lymphatic system. You will learn how to help clients with lymph-related issues, including: migraines, chronic fatigue, PMS, fibromyalgia, wound healing, and so much more.

Lymph massage is a gentle hands-on technique that is easy on the practitioner’s body – yet has very powerful healing ability to decongest tissues, free stagnation, improve immune function and restore health.

Lymphatic Massage

Developed in France in the 1930s, manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a gentle massage technique that helps drain lymph and the waste products it carries. It is commonly used to treat lymphedema, but it can also help maintain a healthy body and encourage soft tissue healing. It is a popular compliment to sports, medical and deep tissue massages.

Manual lymphatic drainage is one of the simplest yet most practical techniques you can learn through continuing education courses. You can expect comprehensive learning about the lymph system as a whole and an in-depth look at the causes of lymphedema. Some courses teach the basic technique only, but many focus on its benefits in sports massage, post-surgical care and as an alternative therapy for chronic illness.
