About the Instructor

Wolfgang Luckmann has been teaching massage therapy workshops for over 20 years. He has been a  member of the Massage Therapy hall of fame since 2015. He graduated with a teaching degree from a South African university .His workshops are mainly Eastern based on T.C.M. and Ayurveda and are relevant to the modern complex patient.Currently, he is teaching 12 different classes in 11 different states ( Live and Home Study )

Massage therapists can embrace Ayurveda as a core tenant of their approach or adapt it into a unique service offered to clients. Ayurveda continuing education can be divided into ayurvedic massage courses and comprehensive, Ayurveda practitioner courses.

In ayurvedic massage CE courses, you will learn how to assess clients using ayurvedic beliefs, use oils, dry brushes and herbal preparations during sessions and address the body’s marma, or vital points, during massage. Some courses may be geared solely toward one technique, like dry brushing. Ayurveda practitioner courses will delve deeply into ayurvedic beliefs and discuss facets like dietary adjustments and herbal supplementation.
