Meta Massage-Integrative Posture = An 18 hour continuing education workshop for Licensed Massage Therapists.
April 2nd from 9-7 and April 3rd from 9-7

In this Integrative Posture Workshop, Therapists will learn to:
*Enhance massage benefits for both the therapist and the client equally.
*Scan for posture imbalances in themselves and in their clients
*Incorporate centering using visualization and breathing techniques
*Maintain a meditative flow in massage sessions

About the Instructor

For over a decade, Gina has been a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist in Florida. She is also an experienced yoga teacher, trainer, and CE provider. Her specialties are mobility coaching, post-injury, and post-rehab care. She has performed her unique blend of therapeutic massage on thousands of people over the years, including professional athletes and musicians. Sharing knowledge about ways to heal, using your mind and body, is her passion.

To receive the Preregistration discount you must have registered 24 hours before the start of the workshop. You may register in person on the day of the event provided you pay the cost of the class in full. Cancellations more than 24 hours before the beginning of the workshop may receive a full refund in 2-5 business day. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will receive a 75% refund.

You must complete all of hours of the appropriate workshop. At the end of the workshop, you will receive a certification of completion. All continuing education units will be reported to the appropriate board.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy continuing education courses are more than a hurdle to jump for license renewal. Massage therapists today are presented with an incredible array of opportunities to hone their craft, learn new techniques, and expand their practice into new areas. With topics ranging from new modalities to how to build a business, massage CE workshops offer something for every bodyworker.

For NCBTMB recertification, massage therapists must complete 24 credit hours of massage CE classes every two years. Three of those hours must be in research, three must be in ethics, and no more than four can be in self-care. Hands-on CE workshops, seminars, and distance learning offer plenty of ways to fulfill the 24-hour requirement.
