Event Description

This course is relevant to anyone looking to start a massage therapy business or improve the loyalty of clients within their current business.  This is a lecture-based webinar to help massage therapists successfully grow and maintain a client base.  Participants will be provided with tools to generate and retain loyal clients through strategies such as note-taking and effective communication.  Students will leave the course being able to list and explain each aspect of SOAP notes, as well as formulate an email, postcard, or other form of marketing communication as a way to stay relevant to their client.

Courtney is a board certified graduate of The Institute of Beauty and Wellness (Milwaukee WI) and has a decade of experience building her massage practice from the ground up.  Learn about client retention, from basic tips and tricks, to more creative avenues and everything in between.
